Tony Sualog

Sergeant Tony Sualog is a native of Sinajana, Guam. Sualog graduated from George Washington High School in Mangilao, Guam, in 2004. Sualog enlisted in the United States Army in Oct. 2004 and reported to basic training at Fort Jackson, S.C. Upon completion of basic training, Sualog reported to the Defense Information School at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland.

Following graduation, Sualog reported to Fort Bragg, N.C., to serve as a combat documentation specialist with the 3rd Battalion, 321 Field Artillery Regiment. While serving at Fort Bragg, Sualog deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. While deployed, Sualog provided transportation logistics support for unit operations.

Upon his return, Sualog was assign to the 3rd Military Support Operation Battalion (MISO)(Airborne) in Fort Bragg, N.C. While there, Sualog provided photographic support for numerous operations, including missions in Iraq and the Republic of Korea.

Sualog’s awards and decorations include the Army Commendation Medal with oak leaf cluster, the Army Achievement Medal, and the Combat Action Badge.

Upon graduation, Sualog will return to the 3rd Military Support Operation Battalion at Fort Bragg, N.C.
